I am in the process of moving from one house to another. The issue I'm having now is that I was doing a water change and noticed that my convict has laid eggs. I'm trying to figure out how i can move the tank now that there are eggs. Are there any suggestions for how to do this without killing the eggs? thank you

If the eggs are laid on a piece of removable decor, just put the whole thing in a bucket of water to transfer to new house. However, there is no guarantee the parents will continue tending the eggs after the move.

If you move the skull as Dee suggested, you could set it up in it's own small tank. Be prepared to feed the fry with something like baby brine shrimp. Rehoming/selling convict fry may prove far more frustrating than it is worth...
