So I'm in the process (so far 3 months... i'm so lazy) of setting up my 75 gallon tank.

I want to get rid of some of my fish as I can see why people limit the species to 3 or 4 per tank. So...... I currently have

2 Pearl White Zebras 1m1f
3 Elongatus Mpanga 2m1f (gotta find more females)
1 Elongatus Chewere M (thought it was an mpanga when i bought it)
2 Ruby Red Zebras
4 M. Auratus 2f2m
2 perlmutts 1f1m
5 kenyii 2m 3f

So i'm thinking I'd like to keep the 75 gal stocked with

Mpanga
Pearl White Zebra pair
Auratus
Pearlmutts

Does that sound workable?

I will hopefully be able to increase the MF ratio

I think you are headed in the right direction. I'd question the auratus though, as they will become terribly aggressive as they get larger.

I love them :)

They are so smart. My pearl white zebra female is about twice his size and the male zebra is almost as big as the female.

I enjoy watching them sizing eachother up. The auratus is so agile and sneaky ... but he only really chases the female auratus. He's about 4.5" now.....
