I've got a red cap lethrinops, sub-dominant male who's got what looks like a wrinkle or a crease in it's side. I'm hoping it's just raised scales that make it look like this. I've got two males and 5 females along with other groups. the two males have been fine together so far though this sub-dominant male has started to show a lot more color lately. It would make sense that the dominant male got a little angry about this and chased him around a bit today while we were gone and he may have scraped himself on some rocks. it just looks so weird, like his skin wrinkled. he's got a few scales lifted in other areas so it looks like something happened, i've just never seen it look like a squiggly line on it's side. I can try to get a picture up tomorrow, i just wondered if anyone else had seen anything like this or had other ideas?
