I am certain this was mentioned in a thread before but I find it pretty cool. The boss of 4/5 of my tank is the male venustus and the other 1/5 belong to my friends fusco when the lights are on. This morning when I got home from work I set on the sofa and watched my fish without the lights on just the light coming from the windows. I noticed all my fish on one side of the tank and I thought that they were waiting for food but the fusco swam to the other side(his side) and I watched my livingstonii chase him back to the other side and do his dominant dance and I just watched as he chased all the fish that came near him. When I turned the lights on the fusco and venustus were back in the drivers seat. I found this strange that a fishes dominance can change depending on the lighting.

 That's funny. I'll have to watch mine more with the lights out and see if the big red zebra that thinks he's the tank boss looses some confidence in the dark. :thumb:

I know I enjoyed it because the livingstonii is my favorite!
