My red fin borleyi has grown 1 medium sized patch of of what seems to be a white circle by his left fin, and another patch by his tail fin.. I have no idea what it is, or how to treat it, i haven't seen it on any other fish but im worried it might spread.

i know its a horrible pic but thats the best i could do, *** turned the temp up to 82 and added some salt and did 50% WC, its not ick, just 2 white patches... mabey a fungus or something?
would't want him to die.
any help is appreciated

please guys, he is starting to clamp on the side that has the spot...
i turned up the temp to 82 and added some salt for now, heres another pick out of the water to give you a better idea.
i know its blurry but you can see the white blotch...

Is it fuzzy at all? Any skin shedding off on or near the patch? Could it just be a couple knocked off scales?

How much more info do you need? now that i look at it, I am thinking its just some knocked off scales since the patch hasn't grown and he has a really nipped fin.
