What's up with this fish poo?

I have 2 Frontosa have some weird poop. Happened for the first time after feeding just now. I know the Malawi bloat with the clear stringy feces, but this doesn't look like it, as pieces of brown poo and a few air bubbles are stuck in it. Still, it's concerning. Here are the details:

Food: NLS Thera A Naturox, occasionally frozen mysis but none in over a week. Market shrimp maybe 2-3 weeks ago. I do two 25-30% water changes a week. Just nine 4"-5" fish in a 150 gallon.

Water parameters:
pH 8.3
Ammonia <.25ppm - just barely above zero after feeding.
Nitrite 0ppm
Nitrate 20ppm
KH 11 degrees
GH 14 degrees
I use the lake buffer recipe with epsom, baking soda, and marine salt.
79-80 degrees

Filtration:
Fluval FX6 and FX5

All fish have voracious appetites and will not let food touch the sand. I feed twice a day- all they can eat in 10-20 seconds. Am I just feeding too much?

Welp, in case anyone was curious, they're all fine and it was probably just overfeeding. I was just concerned because it looked like empty sausage casings...
