I want them to have the best formula to make them grow what is the best food. Right now i am using New Life spectrum cichlid formula is there anything better

NLS and Dainichi seem to be the most popular. I use Dainichi Color FX. Fish to really like them. But if you are using NLS, no reason to go out and switch.

I like to switch it up a bit. I used to feed once a day, but it's too tempting, my convict loves the attention. Everyday I feed him 1 cichlid stick, and maybe a few Hikari cichid excel pellets. I also feed flakes occasionally, and NLS pellets, although the fish don't really seem to care much for NLS. But they love that Hikari. It's funny watching my Zebra danios try to eat them. I spoil my fish!
