Hello

After talking on chat and other posts, i have decided to add another cichlid group to my tank. I currently have a breeding trio of Taiwan reef. The problem is i only have a 55 gallon tank and a 10 gallon nursery for there fry. Is my tank large enough to accomidate a less aggressize peacock cichlid group of 1 male 2 female or a a group of 5-6 electric yellows? My Haps are currently between 5inches for the male and 3-4 for the females.

Thank you.

I would do the group of yellow labs. Tawain reefs are not very aggressive and you may have a problem in your smaller tank with more aggressive peacocks. In my experience, yellow labs are pretty easy to keep with peacocks and haps. 4 or 5 should be fine because they are aggressive towards each other and that should spread it out some. I have 4 in with my peacocks and no problem.
