Get two bags of it for your 38 Gallon tank, and with that tank size and if you want to go planted go with a SA community :thumb:
What kind of substrate?
What do yall think of CaribSea Eco-Complete Planted Aquarium Substrate? It looks like it might be good for my 38 gallon. How much should I use? It is going to be a highly planted tank. Kind of like a mini underwater jungle. Is this a bad idea? I wanted to keep cichlids. What kinds are not diggers? How many can I keep in my tank?
