It looks like a anal prolapse to me. Can you possibly move those two fish to a separate aquarium that is large enough to comfortably hold them so you can treat them?

You can use regular unscented Epsom salt (crystals of hydrated magnesium sulfate) at a dosage of 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons of water. Mix the Epsom salt in water and add gradually over a couple hours. Epsom salt is not aquarium salt.

Epsom salt is useful to reduce swelling and perfectly safe for use in the aquarium.

If you can't remove the fish to another aquarium, you can treat the entire aquarium as it should not be harmful to fish that are not ill.
