What is it? - round white lesions with photo

I just noticed these spots on my demasoni today. He has a couple on each side. They are perfectly round and slightly sunken, smooth and white. What are they? And how do I treat them?

I haven't noticed him flashing or any other unusual behavior.

I'm not sure that they are anything other than scrapes or injuries.

No cottony or fuzzy appearance to them?

The fish doesn't look ill or stressed.

What is your tank maintenance routine on the tank?

What are the water parameters?
