it depens on what there feed etc... *** seen a Fryeri pushinh 9" at a friend of mines house and that ******* looks amazing and yes 9" i took him out with a butterfly net just to measure him

Well, with me personally, I purchased mine at around 2" just a bit over year ago. Mine has been fed on mostly NLS with some hikari and hbh products here and there. He is now pushing about 6".

I'd say from fry to ~6" would be about 12-18 months depending on the water quality and the food. I raised my male from fry to 6" in about 15 months. However, his blaze continued to get more full for about another year after that.
