I have a Tropheus duboisi in with my mixed cichlid tank, I have been feeding all my fish spectrum 3mm pellets, cichlid attack 1mm pellets and a good quality flake food. Also krill, and plankton as a treat. *** been told that under no circumstances should I be feeding my tropheus anything but veggie flakes. I have been feeding him this stuff for a while now and he says that I am really lucky that he doesnt have bloat. I bought veggie flakes and started feeding it to them as well, and he hates it? I have heard many people feeding there troupheus these types of food, and never heard much about bloat unless they over feed, lack of water changing, just bad care in general. I guess I would like to know if what I am doing is okay and or if I should just add the veg as well. Also does the veg food benifit my other cichlids. Thank you

Thank you, Im not shure if the food is made out of veggies. Atleast this gives me piece of mind.
