Unknown cichlid and Hap 44 confirmation?

I have 2 unknowns I'd love to get some IDs for.

First is the purple guy:




and second, was this labelled correct? I bought a 1m2f combo labelled Hap 44

The "Hap" designation is a general cop-out for distributors as it can really be used to describe any genus in the Haplochrome group of which Otopharynx ltihobates are a member. It means they don't have to update their records whever species get moved around or a new genus gets added.
