Might be a dumb question, but are musangas and nkondwe the same fish?From most of the pictures I've been seeing these 2 variants looks very similar. I recently received my WC group of musangas and from what i noticed is that nkondwe and musangas both have bright yellow body and a plum face.

nkonde(without W - Nkondwe is in Tanzania and a diffrent location...)musanga and linangu are very similar...this tropheus of this part at this coaststripe is in my opinion the same...

Nkonde and Linangu are being sold as the same fish by many people. Importers consider them to be the same. Mussanga are being listed as a different fish alltogether. I have Linangu and I wouldn't mix them with either one personally. Matter of fact, I wouldn't mix them with Linangu unless they came from the same person that supplied mine.

My nkondes had a dark dark body with a blazing crimson area on their side. By far one of my favorite tropheus and also one of the meanest.
