The glass is fine.. no issues.. but I noticed that a tank I picked up on Craigslist last year (and put right into storage) has a break in the top black trim the goes all around the upper lip.

Will this cause the back to bow or compromise the strength of the tank?

The center support is still there and solid..

Hoping this is cosmetic..

Couple years old.. sealant is in fantastic shape..no other issues.

I'm thinking about building a light canopy for it that would fit snugly over the top edges just to be on the safe side~
