It seems be be ultra secretive, and won't eat...
I assume it's holding, but just wanted to run it by in case it's something else.

If it is hold, help me out, does that mean it's going to have babies 100% of the time?

If so, I've heard some people say "Survival of the fittest", and I know you could take them out, right?
Put them in a separate tank?

Those are caps from a quick video I made

Definitely holding.

That big, I would expect fry, not just eggs.

Yes, you can strip her, probably due any day now by her size.. unless she's just a first time mom.

I can almost guarantee shes holding. Im not sure I understand this question

Are you asking if there will be a 100% survival rate? Or if she will continue to breed now that she has held?
Is this fish housed with other yellow labs? If you are not sure the father is another yellow lab I would just let her spit in the tank. Congrats on the holding mother!

I guess what I meant was, just because she has the eggs does that mean she'll produce fry.
I've never had one hold, and never really looked into it.
I didn't know if they could hold, but then not produce fry.

There's 4 Y.Labs in the tank, including her.
1 I'm 100% sure is a male.
1 I'm about 80% sure is a male
1 I'm not sure what it is... It might not even be 100% Y.Lab, it's odd looking.

Would love to see pics of these 3.. What makes you so sure the one is a male?

It looks as if shes already holding fry :D . It could be because shes so small but if I had to guess I'd say theyve already developed into fry.

Well the one that I "know" is a male has the black fins, and "eggspots" on his anal fin, and he's a bit of an A-Hole.

Here's a picture, best I could get.

Yeah, she's only like 3 inches. So she's just holding the fry still?
Any idea on when they'd be released?

Stripes & spots dont mean male. I've heard of females even being really bossy.

Regardless of sex, it looks like a great specimen.

But you obviously have a male of something!

Right.
From what I have witnessed, the guy I just posted a photo of is always bothering the other 3 Labs.
So the attitude, black fins, spots, etc I just assumed it was a male... Maybe not.

I've got about 12 total, so I'm sure there is a male, it just seems to a newb that it's the one Y.Lab I'm thinking about.

The other fish seems to leave the Labs alone, and pick on their own group

They don't even have to have a male in the tank to lay eggs and hold. Just won't get fertilized.

However, she looks well along as the others have said.

So last night, she still looked the same, and I might have been seeing thing, but I really think I saw the Fry inside her mouth.
Maybe it was the eggs? But it looked like Eyes...

However, today she was out swimming around, and her mouth looked empty. So when I fed them, I watched her, and she was eating again.

I guess she released them, and they didn't make it? Would I have seen anything?
I guess there's not a great survival chance with 14 or so Cichlids

From the pics and video you posted it looks like there is alot of rock work and cover, so its possible that some of the fry might make it and that they are currently just hiding.

I do have a ton of rocks and caves.
I looked around the tank during the day, and with a flashlight tonight, and didn't see anything.

Hopefully some pop up maybe, but I have a feeling they might be gone

You might find a few if and when you tear the tank down. In my experience, they're pretty good at hiding out and scavenging food as long as the tank has suitable nooks and crannies as your tank appears to have.
