The more I've researched lake tanganyika the more I'm leaning towards them. I have a 40 long with mbuna that I'm thinking of trading in for some more tangs.
I'd definetly move my 20 long stocking over to the tank.
3 gold occies
5 dwarf petricola
1 xeno species(not sure which I got it for free)
I'm growing out 3 blue orchid cyps in my multie tank as well.

Thinking of upping the school of orchids
and doing like a pair of calvus or comps

Would I be pretty well stocked in there or could I add anything else?

IMO, that tank is far too small for jumbo cyps. If it's the same dimensions as my 40g long (48 x12x17").
Paracyps would be my preferred choice.
Can you post a pic of the Xeno?

I would choose one of the bottom dwellers...occies or petricola or xenos.

I'd skip the cyps and paracyps...the 40 longs are short tanks.

Maybe a pair of calvus or comps.

I have cyps in a 90 gallon and don't think they'd work in anything much smaller than that. The males can get a little nasty at times (amongst their own type).
