You only need one pleco in a 55G...not enough algae for four and they create a lot of waste.

Maingano can be troublesome in a 55G, I would add females if you decide to keep them.

The Labs will probably be OK with only a quad.

Socolofi are not red tops. Maybe you have Metriaclima Greshakei? They are aggressive as well...1m:4f.

Fifteen relatively peaceful cichlids, three species with 1m:4f of each is about right for your tank size.
