I nabbed this guy at my work before anyone else could. For now I have him in my African tank as they are all the same size, and I'm still fixing my other tank up.

But he is so pretty~

It doesnt show in the pictures much because my camera is a peice, but he is snow white on the front half and jet black stripes with those dots.

I'm so happy I got him before anyone else <3

Also, I would be happy if anyone could tell me his gender and how big he is going to get? I got a few estimations, but i'm sure someone has more experience in it than their guesses.

yea i own a pair of these and I love em. There not the prettiest of fish but when they have their breeding colors like yours does in the pic they are beautiful. They spawn like crazy so watch out. and they will grow to probably 12" max if you have them in anything over a 125g. 13" + in the wild. But they are pretty aggressive so ide have a big tank or alot of fish for him/her to get lost in the monotony. Which it looks like your doing with the africans in their also. well good luck with the ole texas. dont know M or F by the pics though sorry. Males have the more pointy fins on top and bottom. both can form a cranial hump so thats not an accurate sexing IMO. Get a couple more and see which ones hit it off and remove the other one. it wont take long to figure out at all. Hope that helps. Check out the link of mine protecting their brood not even a month after I got them.
