I just increased my temp from 77 to 82 and I think my fish are alot more active.Is it possible they might start breeding now ? They are not fully mature yet,but my male kenyi is about 4" now.

They might. I don't think anyone can say for sure. Sometimes doing a big water change gets them to breed. Don't be disappointed if you don't get fry the first time you see one holding. Sometimes it takes them a couple tries to get it right.

How long has the tank been set up with the current tankmates? At higher temperatures, you may also get more unwanted aggression and shorter lifespan.

Let them settle in for six months after any change to the tank and IMO the water changes are a healthier alternative to raising the temperature above 78.
