Surface Skimmer with Emperor 400

Anyone use a surface skimmer with an emperor 400? If so, how to you connect it to the intake if the skimmer has a round tube and the filter intake is square? I was looking at this one. http://www.fosterandsmithaquatics.com/p ... atid=12703

You would have to fabricate something.

I had one of those and when it would suck in air the filter would lose prime.

They're adjustable. I use one with my XP2, works great.

I probably just set mine up wrong. Also just went the sump route.

I could do that. I do have a FX5 and C360 hooked up to the tank as well. How do you go about connecting it to one of them?

It connects to the intake of your filter. Instructions show an Aquaclear, but just substitute it's intake for your canisters.
