hello I'll be buying a 75 gal. & cabinet stand & wanted to use a sump. this is my first experince with useing & building one. i have a 20 gal. high tank would this be good?

questions:

1 what type of pump & how many gph,
2 what size sump
3 how do i connect it together
4 please give me a simple step by step outline.
I've read the article on sumps in the library & other articles on the forum but i am confused on how to put it all together. PLEASE HELP!
