Wondering if I should strip my fish.. I'm not worried about the fry, but I don't want her to die. She looks rather thin..
Callochromis steppersi.. Community tank.. I am not trying to keep the fry, if they make it fine, but not making a collective effort.

Yep in a small community many mouth brooders can be reluctant to spit. They kind of know that the fry will get eaten. Two options, set up a brooding, releasing/rearing tank or strip. I know what I choose but you are kind of in the right place for stripping advice. :wink: Not me I find it further stresses a stressed fish.
