What are the dimensions?
The Champs are beautiful but also one of the biggest fish around :?
1 Male for every 4 females is best. Spreads aggression and females won't get worn from breeding.
Interested to know if you are planning on breeding, or if the tank is for display only

I don't think that the champ. should be put in anything less then a 6 foot or bigger.
What about a Red Empress of S. fryeri? probably your best bet
