I want the following species:
* Maingano
* Yellow Lab
* White Tail Acei or Yellow Tail Acei
* White Top Hara

The only problem is.... the store online won't have all of them available at the same time.

I want to stock all of them around the same time as juveniles.
I can get the Mainganos, Yellow Labs, and Yellow Tail Acei around the same time and size.
The White Top Hara and White Tail Acei won't be available until a month or so.

I want to know if I go with the following setup:
(available right now)
* Maingano
* Yellow Lab
* Yellow Tail Acei
(available in a month)
* White Top Hara
OR
(available right now)
* Maingano
* Yellow Lab
(available in a month)
* White Top Hara
* White Tail Acei

Could I get away with one of the setups I have mentioned and introduce one or two species later on.
OR
Would I be better just waiting another month until I can get all at once?

You can introduce species separately, but then you need a quarantine tank. I'd do the maingano last. Is this a 75G rectangle tank?

Yes it is a 75 gallon rectangle.

I don't have a quarantine tank.
What do you think the best size for one may be.

I've always used a 10G but 20G is probably a more useful tank.

I also might hold off until they have everything I want in stock at the same time.
I would really like that alot more!

When a quarantine tank isn't in use what do you do with it. Do you feed the bacteria with ammonia?

I always seem to have something in it (sick fish, quarantine fish, holding fish, fry, fish waiting to go to LFS or auction, etc.). But it's easy to put the tank away...just keep the spare filter running on your established tank.
