I can't comment on how the first 4 species will do with the cichlids.
For the mbuna, I would shoot for 20 fish to manage aggression so 1m:5-6f for each.

Stocking 90 gallon
I want to stock my first cichlid tank and thinking of the following fish. I will be making caves out of slate and will have large pieces of Java moss to break line of sight. My 90 gallon is 48x18x25.
