Here are 3 photos of how big this lump has grown on my fish. Im not sure if i should euthanise him now.

Yikes!
That growth seems to have become enlarged a bit beyond a case of Lymphocystis. And unfortunately with cancer, fish can sometimes get tumors associated with that problem as well.
So, I'm not sure about recommending any treatment for it. But, if the growth continues to swell and enlarge, negatively affecting that Cichlid's quality of life, you may have to consider euthanasia.
