I have mated cons before but never really wanted to keep the fry... My question is, i have teh fry floating in a tupperware in the tank now, should i just hold them in that for now and let them grow in a different tank once they get bigger or what?
I need advise.

Thanks

I would advise you to setup at the very least a 20 gal L and use that for just the fry. Is there anyway you could clear up a 20 gal tank to put the fry in? Because a tupperware container isn't going to do any good! Also how are you making this work? If they stay in there too long I dont think you will have any fry living.

The parents would likely take care of the fry if you left them in that tank for quite a while. Problem is your other fish would take quite a beating.

A separate tank would be best if you want to keep fry and not have your other fish get beat. I'd also watch the pair after you pull the fry. They may get mad at each other since they lost their babies and get aggressive with each other. I always try to leave at least a dozen fry with the parents to help prevent this.
