Add a lettuce leaf (like romaine) each night. Each morning remove the leaf with dozens of snails. Continue until snails are gone.
Meanwhile, clean your tank thoroughly including a deep vacuum of the substrate and filter cleaning. Remove all visible snails from filters. Cut your feeding by 1/3. Snails reproduce only when there is excess food. If you remove it and don't add any more the snail population will not increase.
