Sick albino red zebra

Found my zebra hanging at top corner of my 65. My 65 is my grow out tank. His tail is curved and he seems to float on current. Moved him to small Juvie tank and started solo epson baths then three days of melafix. Was much better but now back to bad shape. All parameters are fine
