Well i have 4 female stapps, 1 gargantuan male, and a bullied male. The big guy has taken all the females and the other male is often chased to the top of the tank. Should I just leave it alone for a while, put him in a breeder net, plan on ridding of him? What to do?

How big are these fish? I'd either get more.... or move them to a bigger tank.

Or, I would find a new home for the bigger male.

Don't bother getting more stapps, that will only exacerbate the problem of aggression. Remove the small male and watch how the rest of the fish react and then decide how to go from there. You can put the small male in a breeder or move him to quarantine and if the females aren't getting picked on by the large male keep the 5 of them in a harem and sell or trade off the sub dominant male.

I took out the big male and put him in a breeder net cause he was starting to wreak havoc and things calmed down alot. The other male is hanging out with all the females. I might try puttin him back in and taking the small one out. See which is better.

Eventually that small male will become a big male and behave in the same manner that your big male is. Either way you'll end up with the same situation.
