hi guys after cycling my tank for 3 weeks, I tested the water parameters and the readings are ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 0.25. shld I do a WC first before adding the fish in or shld I do a WC 1 day before getting the fish and putting it in.
shld i do a WC?

when you say you cycled your tank what do you mean? Did you add an ammonia source?

What type of cycle you did would certainly help let us know whether your ready for your fish or not. A 0.25 nitrAte reading seems awfully low for a cycled tank.
As Tannable asked, what is your ammonia source and are you still adding enough to maintain the bacteria?
