Looks like a young male Green Terror (GT) to me. Other opinions may differ.... difficult to be precise with this species until larger sizes are attained.

Plus, the BIG question I have is: What is that really beautiful, Blue Brute looming in the background behind the GT, in the third photo?
I would say that's a female. Narrow, distinct band on the caudal, dorsal and anal not extended very much, no noticeable hump on the head, light bars on either side of the lateral spot, and body iridescence is muted, not bright and shiny. The large, round belly is very rarely seen on males.
Hmmmm.... I think I got the focus and perspective wrong in the photo (The 'Blue Brute' is in the foreground and isn't really that big).
So, could our mysterious blue fellow actually be one of these?
