i have an 8 inch jag got him about 3 weeks ago and i put a feeder in from time to time and he wont eat it right away but will eventually disapear so i assume he eats them

but i realized he has about 3 caves and has one favorite but when there is a feeder in theat cave he swims up looks at the fish and swims away like hes scared he is alot bigger than the feeder i dont understand it :fish: he is alone in a 65 with good water conditions 78 degrees

This is him hiding in the cave he has to cram himself into when he has 2 huge caves to be in but wont because of feeders

sorry about the quality

is there something rong with him

Could be just a nervous fish-my dovii is kind of like that-maybe if you add a school of other fish it would get the Jag to be more confident-I would advice to stop using feeders-disease and all and sometimes with Jags if you start them on feeders they wont accept any other type of food-try bloodworms-oh yeah you may one day want to upgrade to a 125 gallon.
