is it ok just to put fresh tap water in the tank cause im planing on doing a 50% water change soon in my 75 gal so i can convince my Neolamprologus brichardi to breed but i dont kno if its safe cause i want to fill the tank back up in one day

Always safer to use a product that takes out chlorine and let sit overnight.
You need to add a chlorine/chloramine remover to any new tap water you add to your tank. Prime is the the one I use. Also make sure the new water is close to the same temperature as your tank water.
