OK, start with a 20% water change as soon as possible tonight. Do small percentages because large changes, even to get them in clean water, can kill even a healthy fish.
Can't quite see which test is which but I am guessing the top is nitrate and the 2nd from the top is nitrite?
Either way, the answer is lots of small partial water changes...2X daily like 8am and 8am until your nitrite and nitrate slowly come down.
Don't forget the dechlorinator and match the temperature of tank water and tap water. The hardness and pH are OK because African Rift Lake cichlids like yours like hard water with high pH.
The one that is vertical may be too late to save, but the horizontal one has a chance to recover.
