I got this as a 1 inch juvie and it looked pale grey with slightly orange fins. Posting whichever pics of the transformation I can find. It took the Red Fin around 4-5 months to develop to it's current size and color. Will post an update when it reaches adult size.

Very nice! Mine always had blue dorsal and tail fins with the red body colour, but his fins recently turned yellow. I didn't expect him to change because he's been fully grown for a while, but it was a really cool surprise to see that.

I've had him for a little longer than two years, but I'm not sure how old he is, because he was already eight inches long when I got him. The yellow in his fins is new, it only only showed up over the past three months. I tried to get some decent pictures yesterday.
