We bought 2 rainbow cichlids a couple months ago. One developed normal coloration. The other looks albino. Is it albino, a color variation, or a different cichlid altogether? Thanks!

Possible that it's leucistic...

The "albino" one looks like a female Cryptoheros myrnae. The other one looks like a Cryptoheros nanoluteus.

I agree, that albino looks exactly like my female myrnae!

Pretty sure the possible myrnae is blind; it swims a little funny and almost doesn't seem to have any eyes (look closely at the pics). Is there anything I need to know about myrnae since I have been treating it as a rainbow?

Yeah, I thought it looked a bit strange too.
