I have been looking at the genus gallery and I really like the looks of the proto spilonotus Tanzania (liulu), but I have only found them under the name proto isnignus spilonotus Tanz.

They look similar Maybe not the Liulu strain, but I have not been able to find any information confirming that they are the same fish or different fishes.

any help would be appriciated.

That is what I thought, but they are listing the Tanz. that way which makes mne a little leary about buying them. I have not really found a good source for them yet only recently bought tank big enough to hold them.
