Aulonocara jacobfreibergi... it could be of the locality called "Swallowtail" but if you bought from a unnamed tank he may not be pure race. Actually might be what they call "Eureka Jacobfreibergi", which is a line bred race for color and individuals vary. Very nice fish, since they don't always show so much blue.

There are a lot of "swallow tail" Aulonocaras Sp. Caroline that have been redesignated Aulonocara jacobfreibergi some of which prob went into aquarium strains of Jakes but I can see nothing (big swallowtail) in yours to indicate a lot of Caroline blood.
Typical Jake I think. Exact make up unknowable.
