My tank volume is about 60 gal, has been set up for about 6 months
PH is 8 - 8.1
Fishes in tank :
about 15 mbuna I've had for 2 months , 2 of them were added 4 days ago
2 5 inch peacocks, 1 6 inch mdoka, 2 4.5 inch clown loachs I've had for 1.5 years
8 other cichlids size from 1 to 3 inches I've had for 3 months , 1 of them were added 4 days ago
I feed them NLS and northfin
I just noticed today 1 of my peacock having 3 unsual areas on his body ( pictures below - sorry for the bad quality but please try to help me out )
those areas seem go a little deep into the body
he still eats , swim around like usual , doesnt scratch against the sand but behavior somewhat strange than normal
any advice is appreciated

Whats your water temp? Increase to 80, add salt to the water and keep lights off for a few days. low feeding. Let the fish settle in and keep an eye on your pleco. He'll show ick the fastest if its a form of that... take a sandwich baggie of your tank water to your LFS and have them test it to see if your numbers are off a bit with all the new adds...
