please tell me details in setting up a tank for frontosa

Well not knowing what type of frontosa you have or how big they are, flower pots work well, or rocks, depends. My moba dont like the flower pots, but my tembwe love them. I recommend sand because gravel can be picked up during spawning. Here is my tembwe setup, hope this helps.
