Does anyone find it odd that a 125 gallon all-glass tank has two center braces, and a Perfecto 125 tank has one center brace?

I only noticed this because I ordered a glass top, and my new perfecto tank just arrived.

Hey, engineers at both ends must know what they are doing, right? Right?

Older large tanks usually just used thicker glass and more silicone.

I wouldn't worry about Perfecto's design, they have a twenty year warranty so if anything does go wrong they'll replace it.

Yeah, a company isn't going to get very far designing a poor product meant to last 10 or 20 years!

I'm just glad I didn't buy my glass tops in advance. I'd been buying stuff online in preparation of setting up this thing, spreading the cost over time.
