yeah looks like a scrape. Fighting, getting scared and darting into something, or transporting injury.

In the future I would recommend identifying the issue before proceeding with treatment as this can stress fish, and even exacerbate some problems.

Thank you for the recommendation, what is your suggestion to help w my fishes' injury? He is getting worse :(

Usually injuries heal in a matter of days with just clean water. What are your test results for pH, ammonia, nitrites and nitrates?

clean water, as DJ said. When I have injured fish my most used immediate remedy is doing water changes. I'll do a 50% water change each day usually.

Sorry for the delay, glad someone was able to give you an answer before now.
