High temps like 88* for the pbass while it is growing. Lots of good food and try to avoid anything that will stress it too much. keep up on your water quality also. gonna need a much larger tank than 60 gallons for the pbass and it is also too small for the jag by itself.

You'll need somewhere in the range of 300-400 gallons for the bass, simply because of their full grown size (2 feet+) and the jag will be pretty sizable himself at full size (if male, 15", if female, a little smaller)

If you keep just the jag, you'll need a 125, but if you want both, I'd do something larger.

Minimum tank size = minimal happiness for the fish :thumb:

Thanks for the info guys. I wasn't prepared to get a 300-400 gallon tank. I was thinking 125 gallon would be enough to keep both of them together but I stand corrected. I guess the nice thing is I have time and I can move up in tank size as they grow. Im working on a 60 gallon setup as we speak so maybe in a few months they will be ready to move into that.
