Well it's not synspilum. Looks to me like a young Blackbelt (Veija maculicauda). At younger stages, Blackbelts can have quite varied looks. Not unusual for younger specimens to exhibit many vertical bars. The look changes significantly as they grow older. If it is a blackbelt, it will become apparent in time.
About the only other possibility would be hybrid Veija, which are fairly common in the hobby, though I do think it is a blackbelt.
