I'm making an overflow box for my 125 and was wanting to know how big of teeth should I cut in it to achieve about 1500gph flow rate. Maybe 1/4" wide by 3/4" deep?
how big is the overflow box?are you going to have 2 1" drains out the bottom?1500gph is quite a bit of water.i would start with what your thinking but you could always open up the holes if you need more.
The overflow is 12" long 6" deep and 2" wide. I am going to install 2 1 1/2 bulkheads straight from the overflow box through the back of the tank and to the sump filter. any suggestions on how big the teeth should be?
