To be blunt I haven't kept mbuna in many (30 or so ) years. I've been stuck on Tangs, and have a great collection. But....., I have been tempted to the dark side, and I picked up a couple of different species. I do not want to have hybrids, but I'd like to raise these guys up together.
So if I keep Pseudotropheus socolofi , Iodotropheus sprengerae ( Rusties ) and Pseudotropheus
kingsizei orange Lupingu in a 125g, will the risk be high that I'll have hybrids down the road?
They're all currently in their own tanks, but I sure would like to consolidate them to make room for some other juvies...

Thoughts, and suggestions welcomed...

Keep plenty of females for each and that wont be a problem, but it's always a risk. In a 6' tank I doubt it will be present.

Nice choice with the rusties. I just traded some fish today for 20 rusties.

They would even be fine in a 55G. 1m:4f of each.
