I have a mixed African cichlid tank with a variety of cichlids in it. One of my Otopharynx Lithobates has developed a very white eye. I haven't noticed this symptom on any of my other fish and the other eye of that fish and other similar fish all look fine. Any ideas? What should I be doing?

IME once it turns white it is a permanent scar, probably blind in that eye. Maybe someone else has had a different experience. Likely originated from an injury, either fighting with your other lithobates (??) or bashing into a rock during a chase.
